Travis is a commercial Real Estate professional in New York City as the Managing Director of Norman Bobrow & Company.
Travis was awarded broker of the year honors in 2020 and has completed over 300,000 SF in leasing volume over his career thus far.
Along with his business partner, David Morgia, Mr. Egenberg co-founded David & Travis Capital Group as an investment platform for both personal and outside partner capital.
David’s background is in power plant generation for both nuclear and combined-cycle (natural gas) power utilities.
His experience in operations/project management/asset management brings a level of detail to the team that allows for projects to be executed at a high level.
David has also hosts a highly rated multifamily podcast, Making Money in Multifamily Real Estate, that brings on the best experts in the space so others can learn and earn alongside the team.
